Yes-it is asking me to install flash player
No-I dont see a spinning F.
I have EI 7 (heard that IE 8 has a lot of problems)
windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash location you asked about has:
FlashPlayerTrust (folder)
Flash11e.ocx (ActiceX control)
Flash Install (text document)
FlashUtil11e_ActiveX.dll (application extension)
FlashUtil11e_ActiveX (Application)
install (text document)

I believe that Windows 7 comes with I.E.8. Start I.E., click Tools, click Manage add-ons, change Show: to All add-ons, ensure that the Shockwave Flash Object is enabled.
Then click Tools, click Internet options, click Security tab, ensure that the Internet security level is Medium-high.

Went to the site (again) and it does not give me the choice to download Flash Player 10, but dont believe Flash Player 11 is the problem. How do I know where the right folder is for LeapFrog Connect? It does not tell you where it needs to be. I have been to their site and sent them an email and they sent me the instructions to download the flash player, not much help. Not sure what to do next.
Thanks glenda
