Flash Player does not require any password to download. You can get the same from Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions. ​For installation, your system's username and password are needed. Refer to

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2139902
