mp4 playback without stss atom

Hello,

I'm unable to seek and play in an specific mp4 file in Flash Player. When analyzing it, I noticed the mp4 is missing the stss atom (for seek points). I'm able to seek and play in both Quicktime and VLC but not in Flash. Is this a known issue? If so, is there a document somewhere listing known issues with playback in Flash? Thank you!
