Question

mp4 playback without stss atom

Hello,

I'm unable to seek and play in an specific mp4 file in Flash Player.  When analyzing it, I noticed the mp4 is missing the stss atom (for seek points).  I'm able to seek and play in both Quicktime and VLC but not in Flash.  Is this a known issue?  If so, is there a document somewhere listing known issues with playback in Flash?  Thank you!

Would you mind reposting this question over on the Flash Professional forums?  This forum is primarily for end users, the Pro forums will get you in touch with a wider developer audience.

    Thanks,

    Chris
