*PLEASE HELP* Videos randomly go grey in colour and frame sizes change

For some reason on some videos (mainly facebook but can be youtube too) suddenly go greyish in colour and frames start to come into the picture, as you can see in the photo below. This happens to probably 90% of facebook videos and 30% youtube. I've tried updating both flash and my graphics card and for a short while everything goes back to normal, but then after a few hours the problem returns. If anyone has any idea on how to fix it please say because its driving me mad. Thanks

Yeah, I can't really ask someone to go test your favorite porn site.  I need something that's publicly accessible and that I can reasonably assign across a widely diverse team.

In general, Facebook video is HTML5.  If you right-click on the video, does it say About Adobe Flash Player at the bottom of the context menu?

The only options it gives are Play, Unmute and Show Video URL

Yeah, that's sounds like it's the browser's video implementation and not us.  You might try a different browser.
