Problems using Flash player 11.8.800.168 with Firefox 23.0.1 ?

I am trying to use Virtual Credit Card Number software with Firefox. I downloaded Flash Player 11.8.800.168 But when I try to open the Virtual Number software it continues to tell me to install Flash player. Any help out there?

    Is this Virtual Credit Card Number software a website or a stand alone application?  If stand alone, then I would recommend installing the Active X (Internet Explorer) version that you can download here:  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions

    Thanks for the reply Chris. While waiting I rechecked all of my settings

    and found the solution. I am running Windows 7 and found that the

    Compatibility mode for Flash Player was set for XP. Selecting the

    Compatibility mode for W7 solved the problem. I did pass that along to

    another user having a similar problem. Hopefully it will work for him also.
