Problems with seeing videos via Microsoft Edge and Adobe Flash
In the past I have had no problems in seeing videos on my Lenovo Idea PC via Microsoft Edge. In the last couple of weeks the video images have disappeared when accessed to leave a green screen. I can hear the commentary linked to the video and see the time line but no images. I have come to realise this may have something to do with Adobe Flash embedded in Microsoft Edge being disabled - no longer supported. I may have subsequently uninstalled Adobe Flash but I'm not sure. Happy to speak to a specialist on the telephone and allow a specialist into my PC to see and hopefully resolve the issue.
