Update to Flash Player 11 bring bug with wmode="transparent" & video plays at half speed in IE 9

Hi Adobe & Folks!

Since i updatet to Flashplayers 11 still i get, wie other peoples here too - a bug in wmode transparent and video plays in half speed (Sound still be correct)!

It seems the transparent bug ist just in IE9!
Firefox 7 & Google Chrome works properly!

Video play half Speed Bug it seems IE9 Browser (with Flasplayer 10.x.x it still work before properly)!

The older Version of Flashplayer 10. x:x still work properly in IE9!

Please refix the bug in the Flashplayer 11 as soon as possible for IE 9!

In terms of wmode=transparent it is not a bug but changed behavior. Please refer to this bug for more info:

Whatever alot of Website have now change the Behaviour with Flashplayer 11!

With the Flashplayer 10.3 all works still proberly = why =???

It can not be that now all change the Flashfile over the world or =?

There is a Problem with the Transparent Mode!

Audio is correct - but the speed ist slow!
In Firefox and Chrome it works proberly

In IE9 it works proberly with the old Flashplayer 10.3!
Now with Flashplayer 11, the Speed is to slow...

I think this bug is a combination between opacity and absolute position.

you can see the issue only on original IE7

On my system win 7 64 bit ultimatum IE9 no problem!
XP Mode in that same system = Video half speed

On a loptop of my friend Win 7 & 32 bit IE9 / wmode troubles and half video speed

I now made my flash "when it is possible" without wmode...

it sucks i know...

Maybe in the future adobe repair this bug in the flashplayer 11!
Also when they say no no it is not a bug:))

I see your site fine on my IE9 winodws 7 64 bit machine.

Hopefully they will nail this one soon

try removing

position: absolute;

from your div id=Layer1 to see if it removes the black area. if so you will need to re-design your page structure.

It would be great if you could share your info

Thanks for letting us know this problem. I tested on my machine(win7 64 bit+IE 32/64 bit) with flash player 11.0.1.152, but didn't reproduce your problem.

Your problem seems to be on particular configurations.

Can you send me the dxdiag.txt file of your machine? My email address yzhou@adobe.com
