Flash Player 10.2.152.26
When I open the Virgin Media Player page (virginmedia.com/player) the player just remains as a blank black screen with a large curcle spinning in the middle of it. I have tried uninstalling the flash player and re-installing it but to no effect. I have noticed that if I right-click on it and select the 'settings' option nothing happens (the little menu doesn't pop up), where as if I select either of the other two options ('Global Settings...' or 'About...') then the 'correct' thing happens (both open up a new web page to the correct destination).
I have disabled the 'Hardware Acceleration' setting, but still the problem remains. I have posted twice to Virgin Media regarding this problem but have had no joy there. I would GREATLY appreciate some help with this.
Opening the page 'abobe.com/products/flashplayer' works just fine.

Tried to go to the website you mentioned, but it seems I have to sign-up and pay before I can see anything there.
