Warning: Unresponsive Plugin Flash Player issue

So, just earlier today I was doing everything fine and then I just went to go to Youtube and I got an error message "Warning: Unresponsive Plugin - Shockwave Flash may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the plugin now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will complete." This error message has been coming up ever since on any page that uses Flash player, and sometimes causes Firefox to close entirely. I'm not sure how to fix it and it's really starting to bug me because I think it's effecting Skype calls too, and I need to be able to go in calls.

I've tried:

-Uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player

-Trying different browsers (Chrome and Explorer, both didn't work)

-Resetting/Refreshing Firefox

-Disabling Firewall

Thank you in advance. Any help is greatly appreciated.
