Could not connect to the Wowza server.  Please contact your Help Desk for assistance.

NetConnection.Connect.Failed

I keep getting this. i have tried using 3 diff browsers, mozilla, chrome and IE. i uninstalled all my anti virus and security as IT at the university suggested it may be that.

im on windows 7 at home, with wifi connection. i have used the site since start of year at home and all of a sudden it stopped working. the only thing i can think of is it my flash player. i looked up wowza troubleshoot and it said it may be a error in connecting IP to camera. i dont need my camera for this on-line lecturing. which is echo360 at university.

i tried it on my partners laptop which is also windows 7 with same updates and security etc and it failed as well. however it works fine at the library at university.

please help its driving me crazy!!

If it works at school and not at home, it's a networking problem.

Either you're blocking traffic at your router/firewall/computer's software firewall/security software/etc that's necessary for the lecture to work, or it's only available on the school's network or via VPN... or someone at school accidentally configured it so that it became that way.

You need to talk to your school's helpdesk, sorry.
