Xfinity Stream TV and Flash Player

Xfinity Stream TV won't work on my PC laptop. It does work on my iPhone and iPad.

(1) I get an error message "Adobe Flash Player is having trouble, either install latest version or, if I have the latest version, turn on Flash Player".

(2) I have a new HP Envy PC laptop with Adobe Flash Player preinstalled with Microsoft Edge in Windows 10.

(3) I verified Flash Player is installed by: Microsoft EDGE>settings>advanced settings>view advanced settings>(toggle)Adobe Flash Player ON.

(4) Xfinity (Comcast) says its an Adobe problem.

What to do? Any suggestions?
