You need Adobe Flash to play this video

I am running windows 7 with Flash player version 11.9.900.152. All of a sudden Flash Player gives me the following msg "You need Adobe Flash to play this video" when I try to view a video from Yahoo. Youtube works fine. I have followed all instructions provided by Adobe and even uninstalled and reinstall flash palyer to no avail. Suggestions please...

This message is actually coming from the HTML page, and not Flash Player.  What browser and browser version are you using?  I assume that Flash loads properly when you visit this page?

Using IE 11. Correct, Flash loads properly. I implemented all suggestions on the Adobe help page but to no avail. Thanks

Can you give me a specific URL to test?  Each video I've just tried on www.yahoo.com has loaded up using their HTML 5 player.
