Flex/Filereference - Absolute Path

Can we get the file absolute path, using filereference class in Flex for webapplication?

Thanks Prashant, this was exactly what I needed.

I wanted to know: How do I get the nativePath of a FileReference object in AIR. The simple solution is to use File instead of FileRefence. Because File extends FileRefence, I'm also able to use browse(). I didn't thought that the solution is that simple.
