After I publish a PDF file from FrameMaker and view the output an error message occurs. "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem." I have tried to publish to PDF several times and the result is the same. How to I correctly publish to PDF with the entire document appearing correctly?

What version of FM? All patched up? Did you try printing to Adobe PDF printer instance? Any whacky joboptions files in play?
Current version is 17.0.2 and it says it is up to date.
Yes, I believe it was using Adobe PDF printer. I received an error stating the printer wasn't installed. Then I repaired the Adobe Acrobat installation and it solved that problem.
I did look into the print settings file and I noticed an option I didn't want checked. I unchecked "Convert text and graphic colors to RGB (excluding images)". Then I published it to PDF and everything worked correctly.
Thank you for suggesting I look at the print settings file. I am not sure how the file settings changed, but I was able to update them.

I do see that an update came through, I will download that. Hopefully, it helps, because the error occurred again.

This might then be a presentation of this problem: PDF printer instance keeps disappearing

There's two channels for PDF creation in FM2022 now - the Publish route (which uses a new PDF creation engine) and the Print to Adobe PDF mechanism (older) - I thought you had said you used the Publish route; that's why I mentioned trying the other way (btw the Save As PDF option uses the Publish mechanism now).
Thank you, trying the older method now.

I don't recall if you said this was happening to any PDF you created in FM or just one doc in particular; if all then it's more of an issue - if just one doc, then it's got to be something in that doc that's causing the error message.
The older method correctly exported the PDF.
