Anchored frame formatting changes after saving .dita file

New Here ,
Oct 12, 2017 Oct 12, 2017

Hi,

I inserted some images at the insertion point (Anchoring Position: At Insertion Point). This works fine when I create the .dita file, but after saving and then re-opening the .dita file, the Anchoring position is set to Below Current Line.

Why does the Anchor Frame formatting changes upon saving the file? How do I prevent this from happening? Thank you for your help.

Cheers,

R

Hi, I'm having the same issue as you had, but the link does not seem to be working anymore. Any recollection of what might have helped?

"Solution: change the image attribute placement to inline" - that appears to have been the answer

Display the Structure View, go to the image, and display the attributes. Take a screenshot of the attributes and post them here. Thanks.

Actually, your comment + Jeff_Coatsworth comment helped and I was able to solve the issue! So thank you to you both. 🙂
