Hi, I looked through the search results but did not find this exact problem, hopefully someone out there can help...
I'm creating a large mapfold document with pages 26" x 30" - in Framemaker everything looks great, but when I render to pdf, the bottom 20% of each page is blank/white. It does not seem to be related to areas with images, as it blanks out areas with only wording as well. It happens with every page in the document, and it has happened across multiple different documents. Essentially, I cannot render usable pdfs from Framemaker.
I have tried printing to pdf, publishing to pdf (via Frame and Distiller separately), and even imported my supervisor's Settings.sts file, but nothing has resolved it. Any tips out there?

Are you adding sizes here?

You probably already have defined the custom page size as a PDF joboption, but you may also need to create that page size in system print server properties.
On Windows 10 Pro, with admin privs, the path to this is:
⊞ » Windows Administrative Tools ▼ Print Management
Print Servers â–¼ Forms
Action â–¼ Manage Forms
☑ Create a new form

A - fix is to print to Microsoft XPS if you have that printer driver available. XPS is completely open to add papers sizes. In the printer server settings one can add a custom paper size like yours 26x30 inches. Then print to XPS. Open the XPS and print to PDF. I have just done a test and it works great. But it IS a workaround and I for one, really wish that Adobe would fix the page size limitations in the PDF printer driver
