Links created through the hypertext function suddenly are not working in our PDF output, but appear fine in Frame. Cross-reference links also work just fine.
Any idea what could cause this when everything appears to be set up properly in Frame and how can we fix it? We have to get a PDF generated as soon as possible for one of our documents and need the links to work. The problem did start when we upgraded to FrameMaker 2022 from 2020.

Can you post the contents of one of the Hypertext markers that doesn't work in the PDF?

Below are a couple examples of the hypertext content.

In addition to needing to see a sample dialog for one of the failed links, please also confirm that these were working in FM2020, and then stopped in FM2022.
And is the entire extent of the linked text region inoperative, or just part of it? If just part look for thing that might have prematurely terminated the text range, like a Character Format (or override).

Hi Stephanie,
And another question:
Do the links point to paragraphs in the same file? Or in another file?
When in another file in a book, then the links should work, when you publish the book.
However, when in another file, both files should be open, when you create the PDF. And the resulting PDFs should have the same relative paths as the FrameMaker files.
And I would test to create the PDF with and without Distiller. (There is a setting in the Publish pod.)
Best regards, Winfried

We just tested through the publish pod. When we use distiller, the links are working but the font is corrupt. When distiller is off, the font is correct but the links don't work. We're at a loss on what to do.

Hi all, thanks for the responses. To confirm, the links were working in FrameMaker 2020 and stopped working in FrameMaker 2022. The hypertext markers are in a revision table and link to the changes in other files within the same book. Below are screenshots of a couple of the markers.
