I just received a file from the mother ship. It looks like every page or two is a different file. I want to bring them all together into one file of several pages. I tried to copy and paste, which is driving me crazy. Can anyone tell me how to do this quick and easy?

Using File>Import>File would allow you to bring the files in (albeit one by one) without opening the individual files first.
