Create one book from several

I have create 8 books, now I want to put them all into one book. Each book has it's own TOC that I want to keep, but I want to make one master. Where can I find this information?

You are looking at the "book of books" concept - create a new "master" book and add each of the "child" books within it. Then you can use the usual methods of creating TOCs or IXs, etc.
