Difference between TOC made in FM12 and FM2019

I made a TOC in FM 12 and it is ok.

If I make a TOC in FM2019 an extra line with dots and also pagenumber is generated. In red circle. Anyone have the same issue and know how to remove the extra line?

To me it appears that you have two separate paragraph tags in the text that are being included in the TOC, one for the number and one for the text.

Yes, looks like two separate paragraphs. Is the number possibly a run-in heading, to be formatted differently from the text?
