Expanding text not working in HTML5

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to create expanding text in Frame 2022 for the first time and it's not working for me.

For the caption and body of the expanding text, 2 charrtacter formats have been created and applied.

I've selected the DHTML effect option of Expanding Text.

When I publish to HTML5, the caption and body are both visible (see screen shot).

When I click the icon, the only thing that happens, is that the plus icon changes into a minus icon and that's it.

Can anybody shed some light on what is going on please?
