Frame is now adding the first line of text in a file to the left-hand HTML navigation, even if that line of text doesn't appear in the TOC and even if the paragraph tag is excluded from the HTML content. Previously, if you excluded the TOC file from the output and generated the HTML, it would use the file names of the individual files in the book. Now, if you exclude the TOC, it uses the first line of text.
For example, if you have a volume title as the first bit of text in a chapter, a chapter title as the second line, and you generate a TOC with the chapter title but the volume title not included, itstill adds the volume title into the left hand nav bar above the chapter title when you generate the HTML.
