FrameMaker 2017 14.0.4.511 randomly closes

I have a user on a fresh install of Windows 10 x64 build 1903, who is using FrameMaker 2017 Version 14.0.4.511 and is experiencing random crashes. The crashes just close out of FrameMaker with no error or anything.

He has had it happen once while just opening a file, once saving a different file, another just moving the mouse around on the FrameMaker file, and a couple others he can't recall what he was doing at the time. They aren't frequent, maybe once a week, and I can't see anything related between them.

Not sure where to go to for troubleshooting this? Any guidance? Thanks!

If checking the Windows Event Viewer doesn't turn up anything, you might check the anti-virus installed; I've seen some that shut down .exe programs on you.

It crashed again so I was able to actually find something in Event Viewer this time. There are a couple errors as follows:

Hmm, assuming that the .NET framework versions on the machine are all up to date, I'd e-mail the FM folks at tcssup@adobe.com and give them a link to this thread so that they can have a look.
