Framemaker 2022 loads, then immediately closes

Has anyone else experienced this? I installed FrameMaker 2022 today on Windows 11. When I open the app, it appears to attempt to open another window then the entire thing shuts down immediately.

 

Anyone else have this issue? Any idea how to troubleshoot it?

There should be a log file to ponder. It might be in:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\FrameMaker\fmlogs\17\2022_12_##
