FrameMaker adds unwanted space between bracket and text

I have noticed that "sometimes" FrameMaker adds unwanted space between brackets and text. Especially if the text is a cross-reference. I use FrameMaker 2020 and DITA.

@hadih26673991  If you could share a sample file explaining the issue would be helpful.

Hi, unfortunately I can't as the issue happens to be somewhat random. That is unwanted spaces may happen after reopening an xml file or not.

@hadih26673991  Does it occur on some particular element or occur between any 2 elements ?
Please take a screenshot of the issue or if it occurs on any single file, you can send a sample file to Adobe, We will have a look.

Hi Pulkit, attached find a screenshot. See the unwanted space between the bracket opening and the fm-xref element. I guess it only has happened so far in exactly this scenario.
