FrameMaker15 Crashes During Responsive HTML Generation

I have a book that I am trying to generate Responsive HTML5 output. FM15 crashes every single time no matter what file I use as the source. My book is less than 300 pages and I tried it with a smaller (75 page doc) and it crashes. In fact, generating any output through Publish crashes FM every time.

I have a fresh install with all the updates added to it. But everytime I use the Publish feature, FM crashes.

Any thoughts?

Answered my own question - have to run HTML setup utility.
