Hidden Conditional text takes up a carriage return in final document

Hi,

I've got some conditional text in a text inset. I've noticed that each hidden paragraph still takes up a carriage return in the document - it's just an empty line. It makes the spacing of my document look really strange. Is there any way to keep FrameMaker from creating an empty space where the hidden text is?

I think you need to extend your conditioning to the paragraph tag also - sounds like you've just tagged the text only. Turning on the Text Symbols will show you the End of Paragraph symbol (pilcrow) to make sure you "catch it" in your condition.
