Hi, all,

I have a question concerning hidden conditional texts.

I have a book file which contains many documents. In one of the documents, there are many figures which are conditioned. Each of them resides in a separate page. When I print the book, I hide those figures which are not needed and print the book. After the book is printed, I find that those pages which contains the hidden condition tags still exist as several blank pages. How to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Alice,

Are these pages disconnected? Remember it is only the text that is
conditional, not the pages they lie on. The text has to be able to reflow.

Mike,

Thanks for your reply.

Those pages are connected. What I can do now is to select the option of Before Saving & Printing to Delete Empty Pages, but I wonder whether it is OK to do so? I am not sure whether I will delete some hidden conditional texts unexpectedly. What's more, if those pages use a custom master page, those pages still exist although I make the above settings.

I am quite confused. :(
