How can I use widgets in FrameMaker?

Hi all,

I see a widgets folder at this location on my system:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe FrameMaker 2019\fminit\Publisher\ResponsiveHelpExt\widgets

It has a bunch of folders named and I am not sure how these can be used in FrameMaker.

Can someone please help me with this?
