How to delete Content from Standard template in FM?

I am trying to delete this 'Chapter 1' from the template, but when I do that, it appears in the next page. Please suggest how can I delete this.

What page are you working on - body, master, reference?

It's body page and it is template's content. I can't see it (Chapter 1) in the master page.

Do you see any variables on the Master or Reference pages that might refer to it? 
Btw, you can use any FM doc as a "template" - there's nothing special about them per se.

I deleted the text frame of Template containing that text (chapter 1) and added another one manually.
