I am not a fan of how FrameMaker formats the Glossary by default. It first lists the glossterm on one line, then the glossdef on the second line, slightly indented.
I would like the term and definition to sit on the same line, but my attempts to format this have been unsuccessful.
I thought of creating an invisible table and putting glossterm in the left column, and glossdef in the right column. Am I barking up the right tree? Please tell me there is a way to do this. Thanks!

It sounds like you need to define glossterm as a run-in paragraph, and include a separator (perhaps a period followed by a space)
