I have created a List of Effective Pages using the List of Paragraphs function. It is all working exactly as intended except for one thing.
For the first page of each section the entry for the Issue Number and Issue Date is listed before or above the Section Number. Thus the Issue Number and Date appears as the last page of the section before.
How can I change the order of the items so that the Issue Number and Date appears below the Section Number.
I have attached a picture where you can see what I'm talking about.
Currently the text for the Section Number is in the heading for the the Table of Contents page for that section. I could "fix" the issue by inserting another page at the front of each section which has just the Section Number on it but I'd rather not have to do that.
I've figured out how to re-arrange the order of the data contained within each entry by re-arranging these on the Reference pages and figure there is probably a way to re-arrange the order of each entry or line in a similar manner but i've drawn a blank so far..
Thanks for any ideas on how I can fix this.
You have to change both text frames to the same flow tag before connecting them on the master page. You may have to delete the one text frame on the body page and reapply the master page. If you send me one of your chapters, I can record of a video of the process and post it. Or, we can meet via a web meeting. Please contact me offlist at rick at frameexpert dot com

I forgot to clarify in my first post that the Section Number and the Issue Number and Date are on the same page, the first page of that section.

This can happen if your headings are in a separate text frame with a different flow tag. Can you turn on your borders and text symbols and post a screenshot of one of the pages containing the header paragraph?

Thank you for your offer of support. I am responding from home as I'm not sure what day I'll be back this week. This is a part time role which I fit this in around my main employment.
I'm pretty sure I understand what I need to do from your last reply. I was connecting them on the Body page.
I will let you know how I get on.
Thanks again for your help so far.

Hello Rick,
I connected the frames on the Master pages as you suggested and got the List of Paragraphs to work as I needed. Thank you for your help.
