Increase the display size if the toolbars at the top of the workspace

I just got a new computer with a 14-inch screen. How do you increase the display size of the toolbar window at the top of the FrameMaker workspace and the status bar at the bottom?

I don't believe you can change those from within FrameMaker. Klaus Daube, however, has developed a plugin called Enhanced Toolbar that provides 3 sizes of icons: regular, medium, and large. I believe regular is the same as the size Adobe provides. The icons are similar to the ones provided by Adobe, but are always in color.
