Internal error 15014; when trying regular expressions

oflate am attempting and doing some trial and error with regular expression. and am guessing because of which am getting the attached internal error 15014.

 

Am using FM version 15 / 2019 64bit i suppose.

Can anyone guide me through it to avoid these?
