Multilevel Numbering...

What Structure (Topic/Concept/Task) should I use if I need to accomplish multi-level numbering as shown below???

Chapter Title.....

Section1.....

     1. xxx

     2. xxx

          a. xxx

          b. xxx

               i. xxx

              ii. xxx

                    1. xxx

                    2. xxx

Also, can I add Figure or Table at any level?
