I found a thread on this and went to this site...
http://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/2011/07/create-a-book-packager-using-extendscript.html
But....I am still unsure on how to use it. I see I have extenscript in our CS5 suite. But I don't see an archive script.
Thanks for the help!

The script can be downloaded from the page you listed. Click on the text
"script attached" in the Code Snippets section. The link is not very
obvious. Or here is a direct link:
http://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/files/2011/07/Archive-v2.zip
Then follow the instructions also on that page:
==
Usage**
Open the book or document you want to archive.
Choose File-> Script-> Run and select the script Archive.jsx. This
will create a new menu item Archive.
Choose the menu command:
File > Utilities > Archive Book (if a book file is active)
or
File > Utilities > Archive Document (if a document file is active)
==
Note that running the script doesn't archive the book (or document).
Rather, it sets up a menu item that will create the archive when
clicked. So you run the script once, then use the menu item from then on.

Hi,
Good to know that you liked the script. We have also shipped it within the product now with enhanced and improved functionality in Framemaker 12 update 12.0.2. Details can be found here

Dear Acnhal, meanwhile the file "http://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/files/2011/07/Archive-v2.zip" is not available anymore. Would it be possible to receive it privatle or get a new public link. I would like to automate the process of copying all file depencies of a book from different folders into the book folder. Thanks!
