PDF Creation

When I created the PDF of the book, none of the section levels were created.  All section titles were left aligned in the same place.  I used to remember where the settings were, I believe, but not in Frame 2020.

Format > Document > PDF Setup, Bookmarks tab. You have to select an item in the Include Paragraphs pane and use the << >> buttons to increase or decrease the indent.
