I'll preface this by saying I don't us FrameMaker but I am trying to develop a workflow for my team who will be using FrameMaker.

I can not figure out how the Sharepoint Online Repository Manager works.  My workflow is as such (also shown in video:

Link to video explaning steps below.  Yes I know personal details are visible.

1.  Connect to Sharepoint Online

2.  Checkout .book file

3.  Make changes to a fm file in the book

4.  Save the .fm file

5.  Checkin the .book file

When I goto open the file - the text I added is not there.

What am I doing wrong?  I can't seem to find any documentation about this feature anywhere online.

Thanks!

Don't you have to check out the .fm files too?

Thanks for responding.  I just tried that (also checked out the specific .fm file and the .book file).  Edited, Saved, Checked back in.  Then opened in view only and the edits I made were not there.

Think you need to talk to the FM folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your support contact options.
