problem with Word files

Hello,

1) I open a Word file (doc or docx) by doing Control+O, so FM create an FM file.

2) I add this FM file (coming from Word) to my book (this is my chapter)

3) I create a template with page numbering

4) I select my chapter book and File/Import/Format/Template

Result : In the chapter, the page numbering does not appears at the top of the page.

It seems like a bug. What do you think ?

Ok, Pierre:

I can't record the whole process because we are limited to 30 seconds and I couldn't get it done in 30 seconds so my video starts out with the template file open, a brand new book, the word document opened in Fm and saved with number 1 and then I began recording.

Do you have the latest patch installed? Could it be a refresh issue (Ctrl L)?

Only if Window > Refresh or  Ctrl L fixes it.

I followed your instructions and it worked as expected for me.
