Structured Dev Guide for FM8?

Hi,

I've just upgraded to FM8 on Windows.

There are some documents that were included in the 7.2 distro that I'm not finding:

The XML Cookbook stuff
The Structured Development Guide

Are these unchanged from the previous version? I find that hard to believe since the menu items changed if nothing else. I also would have hoped the capabilities of the FM structure would have been beefed up a little.
