Hi,

I'm fairly new at using Framemaker. The company I'm working for wants to create a set of documents in a style to match that of one of our customers. This would not be a one time thing, but something we would want to do occasionally when we update our documents.

I figured out if I change the names of my current paragraph styles to match the new template, then import the new templates, it will change everything to the new style. But I'm thinking there must be an easier way than renaming all the styles manually.

So my question: is there a script for changing the names of the paragraph/character styles?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks.
