Unused paragraphs and character styles in the catalogs?

How could I delete automatically the unused paragraphs and character styles from the catalogs?

PGF Whopper, free from Cudspan, does the job on most versions of FrameMaker. I have found the character side of it doesn’t work in version 9 – although I see from the site that there is a new version. Give it a try.

I downloaded it and placed the file in my plug-in folder, but it doesn't show up under File>Utilities. Is there anything else I should do?

I am running FM9 with all updates.

Did you restart FrameMaker?

Yes, but not the computer. Guess I should try that.... I already did that

once today though, and it take a little while...lol

Are you using FM9? I have downloaded it 2 times

and restarted FM and my computer, but it still doesn't

come up in the utilities folder.

What am I doing wrong?

Does View> Menus> Complete make any difference?

Yea!!! Thank You!! I did have it set for complete, but chose customize and

saw that the file wasn't in that plugin folder that FM was looking at. I had placed

it in the plugins folder directly under FM9. I moved the file to the correct plugin folder under

FM9/fminit, restarted FM and it is there...now to use it...likes a bunch!!

I collected from the discussion that you are not using FrameMaker 10.
