WebHelp Creation terminated, Error 1034 is Displayed

Using FM 2019 to create the Responsive HTML5 Webhelp, the conversion of the files is terminated with internal error 15034.The webhelp cannot be created.

Has anyone already encountered that error and has a solution?

You'll need to contact FM support at tcssup@adobe.com - no mere mortal can figure out the error codes here. But make sure that you have applied all current patches and can reproduce the error again.

Hi Steph,

Yes, please send the log files to Adobe.

And update to the latest version: 15.0.4.751.

Additional questions:

Do you get the error message always when you publish to HTML5? Even with very simple files without graphics?

Did you change anything in Settings.sts? What are your changes?
