Can't find external link to Visio file

I found this error when updating a newly converted Frame 11 book today:
Can't update the link file_name_no_longer_on_this_path.vsd
The file is in another path now, but the file shouldn't even be linked into this book in the first place...it's a Visio source file!
I have tried creating an LOR and listing external references but I can't find the .vsd file listed in the LOR anywhere.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to track this link down and delete it given the sparse info Frame gives about the problem?
Thanks for suggestions,
Bob

Unless you can identify the book component file throwing the error, save them all as MIF to .mif's, and use a plaintext editor to search them.
You'll need to puzzle out enough MIF to figure out where that is in the document file.

Sounds like you've got an OLE link in the FM file. This won't show in the LORs as that only liss files explicitly imported by reference.
Have you checked the Edit > Links... option ot see if it's listd there? There are options to change the source or to break the link.

Hi Bob,
As you have FrameMaker 11 you can just open the Insets pod.
The Insets pod lists also OLE objects. To delete this particular object
click on the image file in the list and then click the dustbin icon.

Thanks for the replies everyone. As I have Frame11 I tried opening the Insets pod as Winifred suggested and it was very easy to find and delete the bad link.
Many thanks....I appreciate how fast and helpful all of you are in this forum!!
