Importing SGML files into Frame maker 2015

We are contemplating of moving to Frame Maker. One of our issue is that we receive SGML files, has anyone successfully imported sgml file(s) into Frame Maker 2015 or below?

If yes, can anyone share the process?

Yes, FrameMaker can import (and export) SGML. For documentation on the details, go to Framemaker Developer Center | Adobe Developer Connection and download the two manuals in the section on Structure Application Development.
