There has undoubtedly been a time when my FM 2012 workspace included a nifty option for a list of 'styles defined in document' that made it easy to weed out unwanted definitions. Sometime since, this option has mysteriously vanished; and I cannot retrieve the same functionality from the menus: how do I get it back? Hints and tips welcome!

In any of the Catalog lists, there is an "Options..." button that will let you tune the Catalog to display all/used/unused/custom list of tags. Is this what you were looking for?

After that reminder about terminology, I was able to work out that the Paragraph catalogue had somehow disappeared from my workspace … so I've made a new custom workspace that does include the catalogue I want. Thanks, Arnis!
