Hello @bridget_3975,
I understand that having Fresco on Android is important to you, and I apologize for its unavailability at this time. Would you mind upvoting the UserVoice for this request (https://adobe.ly/3V43eVy) and adding your comments there? Doing this will help us prioritize this request, and you will be notified of any updates.
Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

This upvoting thing is rediculous. Nearly 4 Billion people own Android devices vs. 1.5 Billion Apple users and you really need a few upvotes, to do what, help you guys make a decision about a priority? Give me a break.

I understand that it takes money and resources to develop apps and that this is a reasonable request... however, by now Android users have given up all hope of receiving support from Adobe. This means that Adobe expecting them to suddenly upvote this request isn't all that reasonable unless Adobe announces that should they rise up together now to say they want to be included in this offering. This appears disingenuous. Do them a favor, Adobe, and let them know you'd consider making Fresco free to them and let's see how they react. I personally will go to our Digital Art Academy to make this grand announcement if you make it available to all artists regardless of which device of choice they are using. I use Android and iOS (and Windows) so espouse support for this as I like being able to use software on all platforms to the fullest. Thank you for considering my thoughts and allowing me to express them!
I also thank Adobe for freeing Fresco to iOS and Windows. I've always liked it but much as I stopped using Photoshop after it became a subscription service soon after having purchased the last subscription free version of Photoshop, I uninstalled it. Now I have a reason to add it back into my small device arsenal. For this I and many digital artist friends applaud this decision.
Not everyone can afford endless subscriptions, but many can or would save up to buy Adobe software outright as I once did. I'm now still using Corel Painter or Escape Motions Rebelle to create professional grade artwork. It appears as if Adobe only wants Professional artists to purchase from them which lost a good portion of the digital art market, but since Adobe is making a good living on subscriptions they don't appear to care about those wanting to break into the professional digital art field unless they have the money. It's much like when young people are told they need a job history when they try to be hired. How do you have a job history if nobody will hire you? Show the art community compassion and welcome young artists into the fold Adobe, because how you treat them today will determine how they view this company tomorrow.

You could try uninstalling the older version, reboot, then reinstall the newer version. This might clear it up because I see this symmetry option after installing so it should be visible for you also. Make sure you are looking in the right location for it. Go into their help information for this information or search it on Google.

Always when I try to open a cardboard in Fresco, it shuts down and disappears. New installation doesn't help. What to do? I'd like to work with the thousands of brushes.

Uninstall, reboot, reinstall. If that doesn't work maybe a reset of the device will work but back up everything first! Consider if your device is up to date or new enough to handle the software too.

Too bad the brush engine sucks compared to sketch. So all brushes look terrible. Non dynamic flat and lifeless.
making it more accessible wont help when it looks cheap and bad.
bring back sketch.

There are ways to adjust brush settings to your liking. Give it a try and see if you like them better and be sure to save the setting or create a new version of the brush with your preferred settings but with a new name.
