Im about to lose my mind, I need to download preview images and after every single image downloads, an really unhelpful popup "Your asset is ready!" (which is really just a conduit for an upsell ad) with the subliminal "Upgrade your plan and pay a 33% lower cost than your current plan on HD or 4K videos and standard assets."
I already have a plan, so Im a paying customer. I dont want to upgrade, and nor do I need to be told my preview image has downloaded, browsers already cover that one thanks Adobe.
Is there any plans to improve UX and kill this Advertisement vehicle?
I'm on 25 credits plan but I think that's irelevant. Even if you're not a paying customer yet, no one should be subjected to an ad after every single click.
If I wasn't interested the first time, I'm not going to be interested 6 seconds later. Scatter brained decision by Adobe.
Just asking questions, to get initially as much information as possible. With free subscriptions, you can expect Adobe to do this for you. However, paying customers should really be spared this, especially if you have to click away the screen every time. Of course, it may be that you are not interested.
@Liza5C0C that still makes no sense and is way too frequent when I already have a plan I'm happy with. Why do paying loyal customers have to be annoyed by weekly ads?
