I once registered an account with Adobe Stock Contributor as a seller. But about a year ago, the company that operated this email service simply shut it down, and now I can't access my email. As a result, I can't use my account on other computers because I need to enter a verification code sent to my email. To add an additional email address, I have to enter this code again. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Is there a way to resolve the issue privately, providing all the necessary proof? Or is it possible to receive this verification code on my phone instead of by email?

I'm getting a TON of rejections of what I think are pretty good AI generated images for "Quality Issues". Desde el 6 de Abril tengo problemas al momento de querer abrir archivos subí en la nube en illustrator, ahora no puedo subir archivos tampoco, cerré sesión muchas veces, los demás programas los abren perfectamente, pero tengo ese problema con illustrator, gracias y espero poder resolver esto :(

How do I report inappropriate images? Image #307044448 is really inappropriate, as well as the other images with those models are upsetting. I don't know any woman who would pose with a child like that in her underwear. 

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

Please explain why I keep getting “Quality Issues” if I’m using your tools,  Firefly, Photoshop and Lightroom. It’s no fun if your programs don’t produce the QUALITY necessary  for Stock and commercial use. You need to EXPLAIN what and why my image is not accepted so in the future I can produce acceptable submissions. Otherwise what am I paying for? And going to the community for explanations is not really helpful. As they don’t have a clear answer. and you can’t upload the full sized file. You need much better feedback than just saying Quality Issues etc. 

Searching Adobe Stock is extremely frustrating! I shouldn’t have to spend HOURS looking for photos and images. I’m finding it really difficult to narrow down results in Adobe Stock when I’m looking for very specific compositions (like side angle, over-the-shoulder, or device-focused shots).Are there specific keywords or search strategies that actually help refine results? The filters are of little to no use. For example, if I exclude all people, 40% of the results still show people in them. Also, does Adobe Stock support any kind of Boolean operators or advanced search syntax (like using +, AND/OR, etc.) to make searches more precise?Any additional insight is greatly appreciated! TIA!

Acabo de cancelar un plan de prueba para Adobe Stocks. Como puedo asegurarme que recibiré el reembolso de dinero? Debo aclarar que he cancelado el plan antes de los 14 días establecidos, después de que me han cobrado por el servicio. Esperaría recibir ese reembolso lo más rápido posible, adjunto la imagen en la que aseguran que recibiré el reembolso 

I routinely find images that are clearly generated by AI image generators, but there is no indication in the description that they are. Generally it's missing fingers, or lighting or something else that gives it away, but my concern is that Adobe's team is not filtering all of these images well enough. I definitely see value in AI images, but I don't want to be downloading something that I think is a real image, when it is not. Started a free trial, but quickly found that most images are AI generated, not real photos, so I canceled.  If I  wanted AI images instead of real photos I can create them myself with my own tools without paying Adobe Stock $30 per month. Very disappointing.  I expected more from Adobe.

Since, after searching many previous posts here, there is apparently no way to report individual assets for their quality, issues, or misleading descriptions, other than entering into a long, complicated chat window or reporting it here publicly, I will report it here. The user "Kartick" has numerous vector line icon assets that claim in both the thumbnail image and the description to have an "editable stroke." The two that I have licensed do not have an editable stroke and I would assume that is true for the rest of their assets. The assets that I downloaded and confirmed do not have an editable stroke are: #1321977567 and #1318359047. Thankfully I have an education license through my employer, so wasting an asset download isn't a big deal for me, but if I had paid for this individually, I would be very upset. Just trying to prevent someone else from having this happen to them. Thank you.

1923665310 is not a vector as advertised. 

Stock image 707671228 is not a vector, it’s a jpeg plopped into a vector and totally unusable for my needs. Please refund credit

Can you please inprove your Exclude People filter? I am looking for images of beaches without people in the shot. I checked the "Exclude People" box and still SO many of the images are of people, some not even at the beach. Why have a filter that doesn't do what it is supposed to? 

Hola, quisiera pedir orientación sobre una compra accidental en Adobe Stock.Hoy a las 2:54 AM compré por error la imagen AdobeStock_123254108, ya que pensé que estaba incluida dentro del plan mensual de Adobe Stock que ya pago actualmente.La descargué bajo esa suposición, pero me di cuenta de que había sido un cargo adicional hasta que recibí el correo de confirmación de compra.Intenté contactar a soporte el mismo día en cuanto lo noté, pero no había agentes disponibles.¿Alguien ha pasado por una situación similar y ha logrado que se revise o reembolse la compra?Agradecería mucho cualquier orientación sobre la mejor forma de proceder.¡Gracias!

I downloaded two different wallpapers https://stock.adobe.com/search/images?k=cash%2525252Bwallpaper&asset_id=126015203 and when I try to import them into Photoshop, they claim the app doesn't support the printing of banknotes. Then why offer them in Stock without at least a warning? This is super frustrating.
