File #1906944793 claims it is a vector file but it is not a true vector! It is an image inside of a vector .. I wasted a credit on that!

Today I downloaded two items listed as vector stock that are not vector, they are raster images embedded in AI files.19328331661932716453

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish. 

There isn’t an option in the “create a post” to report an image. This photo asset ID 411314525 is a composite showing a location that DOES NOT EXIST, see the Snopes entry. If we had a “Report a problem” with the image at point of use, it would be much more efficient than spending time trying to figure out how to report this in a forum that may or may not be seen. I’ll see if I can copy and paste this post into some post that doesn’t really have a category.

Hi, this occurred after a year again, my entire team has been having this issue downloading assets from Adobe Stock. We are unable to download assets from Adobe stock; we have had this error before last year as well, and we got fixed after posting here. The available stock quota is "Unlimited Images". Please help us out here again. Thank you. 

Ever since last night at 11:00 PM, Adobe Stock stop working for me and I cannot download any stock images. Caches are cleaned, the account is signed in/out, and it still doesn't work. I have 443 available assets limit still, does anyone have any solution besides waiting on Adobe's team to solve the issue? I am able to license stock images but just cannot download any of them.

I'm trying to share an Adobe Stock Library with a client and keep getting an error message:Additionally, when I try to copy the link and share that, I get an "access denied, you don't have permission to access." Finally, I'm also unable to download any preview images. When clicking on download preview, I'm taking to a paywall. I swear I used to be able to download watermarked previews. 

OK, since I was instated after a year of unjustified banning because of a false claim, my sales were slowly gathering momentum again, until 7 days ago. And from at least 1 sale a day since re-enstatement I now have 0 for 7 days. Has Adobe changed the policy again, or literally stopped any search access or something?ThanksRob

My adostock library is not loading. It loads a few images and then it freezes. I cannot remove, license or view the images that are showing. I tried in safari, chrome and firefox. I tried restarting the computer, i deleted history and cookies and nothing is happening. The laptop is fully updated and the account is paid for.  I can browse for images and license them from the search page but i can't do anything in my library. Any ideas?

Photo 233290309 is listed as “Aerial View Rush Hour Highway Hartford Connecticut State Capital”  but it is actually “Aerial View Rush Hour Highway Providence Rhode Island State Capital”. If an advertisement company buys audio for clients ad video that will be published on TV, what kind of license do they need to buy? Can that same audio be used for other videos if the campaign is same, but the content of the video might vary.

Posted this over in Premiere but wanted to ask here as well:  I am trying to drag and drop a motion graphic into my timeline, but every time I try it says that it is not compatible with my version of premiere and to update to the latest version.  My Premiere and AE are both up to date.This happens with every graphic I try to pull over from the adobe stock essential graphics tab, both free and paid.“My Templates” work just fine.I’ve tried resetting my preferences and also deleting the media cache Screenshots attached.

Hello, I have been experiencing a big bug  in my Lightroom catalog. I have this message every time I open my catalog : “Lightroom has encountered an issue updating AI edits. Futur AI edits may not be saved and could be lost.” I followed the recommended steps when I clicked the “learn more” button but nothing has changed. I have many issues linked to this error such as no successful backups made since a week, every edits made with AI such as removal, denoise, and masking have disappeared. When the AI update button is lit up on a photo to update a mask or denoise for example, it does not work. As soon as the update is over, the button is yellow again. On some masks applied previously, I have the exclamation point in the warning triangle, I cannot update them as well. Furthermore, everything linked to the AI generative removal is lost too and cannot be updated. I have to change back to my printing preferences each and every day. I’ve been having this problem for since the last update. When I open Photoshop I get this messege.  And when I click OK, and open photoshop, all the files on the welcome page are gone. and My Actions are deleted and replaced with Default ones. This happened so many times, i lost count. I have been using these actions for a long time and never had an issue.
