More context in addition to the title - I tried several times during the years to login. In the meantime I lost my Allegorithmic Substance Designer and painter licences when they were bought by Adobe as well, so I put it all on ice and waited.Serbia recently entered SEPA, so I suppose that should help with the overall situation.The problem is I cannot access my account and am stuck at login screen - giving me an error anytime I try to log in. This isn’t my primary source of revenue, so it was never especially urgent for me to resolve but on the other hand, I am receiving info in my inbox that some of my assets (that were listed on fotolia) are selling from time to time.What can I do to access my account - or what should I do to transfer my Fotolia Account to Adobe Stock, finally?

I purchased 2 images and selected the SVG file format. The SVG file format has always been scalable images and can be opened in Adobe Illustrator. When i opened these in Adobe Illustrator, they are just rasterized images and have no vector qualities, making them less than useful. Why would they say they are SVG if they are just rasterized images? They both had the option to be JPG or PNG. I chose SVG thinking they would be scalable vector images when opened in Illustrator. Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Back in 2018, I purchased several image licenses through Fotolia. At the time, I never migrated my Fotolia account to Adobe Stock, and I no longer have access to the original Fotolia login.I now need to provide proof of license for one of those images (an image rights agency has contacted me and requested a dated license record, e.g. invoice or download history). Unfortunately, I have no way of accessing my old purchase history at the moment.My questions:Is there still a way to recover or access an old Fotolia account and its purchase/download history today? Can historical Fotolia licenses be transferred or linked to an existing Adobe Stock / Adobe ID account after all this time? If self-service is no longer possible, which Adobe support channel is the right one for this kind of historical license retrieval? Is there a dedicated contact for former Fotolia customers? I recently uploaded a video using Adobe Stock audio to YouTube and received a copyright claim.  This is nothing new, as I have always been able to follow the procedure to dispute the claim and it gets cleared shortly after providing the license code.  However, this time, after the copyright owner reviewed my claim, they “decided that their copyright claim is still valid.”  The name that they provided for the copyrighted content isn’t even the name of the file I used in the video.  How do I further appeal this process without the risk of getting a copyright strike on my account?

Adobe scan: I am getting charged after cancelling the subscription to premium while being in free trial (1 day in total), I want a refund  since now my PayPal has negative balance.

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

Après ouverture du fichier dans Illustrator, je constate que la qualité du fichier ne correspond pas à ce que l’on peut attendre d’un visuel vectoriel exploitable professionnellement.La vectorisation présente de nombreuses nuances et variations de couleurs parasites sur les drapeaux, ce qui rend le fichier difficilement utilisable sans une importante reprise manuelle.Le but du téléchargement était de me faire gagné du temps, or le fichier n’est pas exploitable.Serait-il possible de procéder à la restauration du crédit utilisé pour cette ressource ?Merci par avance pour votre aide.

Posting in the Adobe Create Cloud uservoice after a recommendation from online live chat help, as Adobe Stock neither has its own Uservoice or Feature Request submission option. There needs to be an easier way to report an issue with an individual image from Stock.Adobe.com. I've had a couple incidents where an item either was showing up in safe search despite being explicit, or the final downloaded image is different than what was shown on the preview - e.g., downloading a vector file for a set of multiple logo icons and receiving only one with a different layout. Going through help chat to report this is tedious and time-conusming. The live chat assistants usually assume I'm either swiping the unpurchased watermarked preview and complaining about its resolution, or I'm trying to get credit back for a purchase. This is not their fault, but it takes going in circles a few times to figure out I'm just trying to report an issue with an image so other users don't come across it

Despite the fact that I always select “Exclude Generative AI” when searching for stock assets, more and more unlabeled gen AI vectors are showing up in the results. I accidentally added on this feature and got charged 23.99 gbp for this WHEN I HAVEN'T USED A SINGLE THING. Is there anyway I can be refunded?

I have a student account and the assets in Adobe Express from Adobe Stock are labeled under educational license. The information about licences on the website does not help me, I am not sure if it counts as a standard or maybe restricted license. I want to use these assets in a social media post for a non-profit and now I am not sure if I can.Thanks for any help

Originally taken photo (File ID: 2099850333) is mis interpretated as an AI image ,It was shot with DJI Mavic4 drone . 

Is there a way to report or flag an image? I recently downloaded a file that was supposed to be a vector but it was a raster image within the Illustrator file. Also, I’ve downloaded several files that were created using the trace feature in Illustrator. Technically it’s a vector but it’s a very poor quality vector and it’s not obvious when looking at the preview.

 I had over 100 credits for Stock. They are all gone now. Where are they?

My question says it all. I can’t find a way to move images from one library to another. That’s all. There is no move option that I can find. I can delete, but it does not say what delete means as the warning just says it will be deleted. Deleted from my purchased list of photos? I don’t want that. Deleted from what Stock is showing me? I don’t want that either. The warning should say “removed from this library” if that’s what delete means. 

Hello, I downloaded an AI file from Adobe Stock, but when I opened it in Adobe Illustrator, it appeared to be a raster image rather than an editable vector file. I cannot select or edit individual paths, objects, or shapes, so the asset cannot be used as a vector file as advertised. Asset ID:AdobeStock_1966179019 I downloaded this asset expecting an editable vector file, but in its current state it is not usable for its intended purpose. Please review the file, and if there is a problem with the asset, I would like to request a refund. Thank you.
