I have several hundred images licensed through Adobe Stock over the years. I would like to be able to export the complete list so that I have a record. This is mostly because we get spammed by scammers with copyright infringement claims. It would be good to have a spreadsheet with all the details for easy reference.

Whenever I search for images on this website (E.g Doggy underwater) I get loads of unrelated results or just the keyword shows up and it's soooo annoying! Why do websites have generally bad search functions vs google??   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hallo!Ich habe ein Bild mit erweiterter Lizenz erworben.Bei der Rechnung schien jetzt aber auf, dass ich die summe (76,79€) pro Monat zahlen soll.Stimmt das oder ist das ein Fehler?Ich dachte, ich erwerbe einmalig die Lizenz und kann das Bild dann nutzen. Vielen Dank für eure antworten!

 I’ve submitted quite a few watercolor paintings, but some were accepted while others were rejected. I’d really like to know the reasons for the rejections. I’ve been creating this kind of work for about two years now, yet many pieces still don't make the cut. I’m genuinely wondering what the real reason is.

Impossible de l'annuler car sur mon compte il est indiqué sous la partie 'gestion du paiement et des factures" que l'accès à la gestion de ma formule est temporairement inaccessible sans autre explication. Impossible du coup d'annuler ma formule.Je suis passée par l'assistant virtuel qui m'a permis d'accéder à un formulaire me demandant les raisons de mon annulation. Problème, au moment de confirmer ma demande d'annulation, on m'indique (étrangement) un nouveau problème technique qui ne permet pas de faire aboutir ma demande d'annulation.Vu le nombre de posts sur le sujet, je commence à paniquer. Adobe serait-il une énorme arnaque ?  Est-ce que quelqu'un a pu trouver une solution ? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

Hello everyone.I am currently paying for a Creative Cloud Pro plan, which includes Adobe Stock. When trying to access the website to download some textures, it does not recognize my subscription. I have tried multiple ways to access my subscription to adobe stock, even by accessing it through "my apps", yet it still does not recognize it. This is becoming increasingly frustrating that it is not  recognizing that I am paying $479 for a subscription. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a screenshot of what plan I have. 

It seems like the only way to get a refund for stock image is to post a question here. :/ I purchased image #1841307264 under the impression it was a vector file, but it is not. I filtered for vectors only and downloaded the .ai file. it is not a vector. I can’t use it. Please refund my credit and correct this image’s description to say it is raster, even the .ai file. Also, the generative AI filter still lets lots of AI images through. This is very annoying. Thank you.

I have hundreds of photos paid for at Adobe Stock. I cannot access those photos. The error message says “could not load libraries.” I am accessing using Google Chrome and Macbook Pro. Can someone please help? Many thanks.

I have had an Adobe subscription for over 15 years and have built up a lot of stock credits, but moving to a less expensive subscription means I would lose what I have paid for. That does not seem like a good business practice. It is unfair to an individual user. 

I’ve just downloaded this as a vector but the opened AI file is just an embedded raster image.A vector road map of the city of Colchester in the United Kingdom on a white background. Stock Vector | Adobe Stock I’m on an unlimited Enterprise license so I’m not looking for the credit refund, although believe when I highlight issues the credit should be deducted from the contributor.

Espero que todo su equipo se encuentre bien y cargando energías para cuando todo esto termine. Bueno, mi pedido es que deseo solicitar el reembolso de una factura que me fue cobrada el 14 de marzo del 2020 por el plan al que me afilié. Sin embargo, no he utilizado el plan y no lo pienso utilizar más dado que por el momento no requiero el servicio. El código del pedido cobrado el 14/03/2020 por el servicio que no utilicé fue: ADB095261007PE. El número de orden de la factura es: 7006214819. Por favor, espero su atención inmediata en el reembolso del servicio que no utilicé  a la tarjeta de crédito cobrada. Asimismo, luego del reembolso, espero la posterior anulación o desactivación del plan para evitar generar un cobro innecesario el 14/04/2020 ya que tampoco estoy utilizando este servicio este mes.    Esper

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish.

For some AI generated images we have found an XMP tag <Iptc4xmpExt:DigitalSourceType>http://cv.iptc.org/newscodes/digitalsourcetype/trainedAlgorithmicMedia</Iptc4xmpExt:DigitalSourceType> “DigitalSource Type”The value - trainedalgorithmicmedia = AI generated.Once the image is downloaded from the stock site this appears to be the only indication in the file of the origin.It is not used consistently though. Having a look through 10 AI images, it was found in 3 but not the other 7.Is there a place in the file contents where an AI original is indicated that can be checked?  If there isn’t that would be pretty disappointing on Adobe’s part.   AI is a pretty noteworthy part of an image’s provenance and should be in the file.
